Jessica grew up in Houston and brings a healthy dose of Texan friendly to the job. As a seasoned military spouse, she’s no stranger to new cities, new houses, and working in transit. Her family bought and sold with The Pena Team during their years stationed at Fort Carson. In fact, it was during the listing appointment that Tulio invited Jessica to join the team.

As DOO, Jessica enthusiastically shares her passion for spreadsheets, operating procedures, and executing tasks consistently. Starting as a Transaction Coordinator, she refined an exceptional eye for contract language and transaction basics. Her responsibilities soon expanded to coordinating client relationships, community outreach, marketing, team training, and agent development. Ultimately, Jessica serves as the architect behind the systems that empower our team of Realtors to focus on serving clients.

When not supporting the team, she enjoys life in her small Midwestern town. Jessica spends most days on the go with an Army husband, 3 school age children, and small zoo of dogs and cats. In addition to chauffeuring for school and extracurricular activities, as well as traveling on long weekends, she volunteers her time to various military nonprofit organizations.

Jessica’s personal and extensive relocation experience informs her mission: Transactions built on positive customer service with minimal additional stress.
