Chad was born and raised in East Islip, NY, and his New York roots continue to shape who he is today—even after a move to Florida during high school. Driven by a desire to serve and explore, he enlisted in the Army after graduation. Over 21 years of military service, Chad completed multiple overseas assignments and deployments, growing into a skilled communicator and leader. He ultimately retired as a Human Resources subject matter expert, having discovered a true passion for helping others.   That same passion now fuels Chad’s work in real estate. As a Realtor, he brings strong attention to detail, unwavering integrity, and a natural ability to connect with people.
